The neighbors are of different nationalities. Next to the house there is a well-maintained park that fits your dog or your personal activities.
You do not necessarily need a car, but if necessary you can find a parking slot on a quiet street rod (no through traffic). When going to the house there is about 200 meters steep uphill.

The whole villa with a heated private swimming pool, a private garden, and 2 terraces are for your personal use.
Ocean views from both the living room, two bedrooms, and both terraces.
Bedroom 1 main floor: Double bed sleeps 2 (space for an extra single bed or 1-2 children's beds or baby cots). Bedroom 2, main floor: A king-size bed, sleeps 2 (space for an extra single bed). Bedroom 3 on the first floor is a separate studio with a private bathroom, with 2 additional double beds and a sofa bed. Bedroom 4 first floor is suitable for 1-2 persons and has its entrance from the terrace too. All bedrooms have air-conditioning (cooling, heating).
Terrace are sunny all day, and you can admire the 360-degree ocean and mountain views from the roof terrace. A small private garden with grapefruit and mandarin trees. Car parking is free on the street.
